What do most people mean by self-development?

Learning English, going to the theatre, watching popular science videos. People often expect that this is what will make them rich, successful, and happy.

What is the problem, then?

In essence, achieving goals should really lead us to happiness, but in reality, we very rarely manage to do so. This obstacle to true happiness is an internal conflict within a person. In other words, a contradiction.

We believe that conflicts, misunderstandings, wars, and indifference are all external manifestations of the conflict that takes place within a person.


Without resolving the issue of internal conflict, we will not be able to solve all other problems.

Can a modern approach to education resolve the issue of contradiction in a person?

No, it cannot.

The main priority of this approach is external vocational education. Personal development and the resolution of mental disorders remain mostly a matter of personal initiative.
