How do we address it?

Based on the concept of balanced development and analyzing current trends, we have identified two areas of education:

In modern education, there's a clear emphasis on professional development, with young people focusing heavily on enhancing their technical skills.

Consequently, this often results in a narrow definition of success and personal fulfillment, predominantly measured by income and material possessions.

Treats education as primarily aimed at developing a person's personality and character, making these the foundation of the educational process. Technical skill development is considered a supplementary tool to this foundation.

We believe that this approach to education can cultivate well-rounded individuals with strong moral principles, critical thinking skills, and a socially conscious worldview.

          To educate young people with strong faith and a global vision, capable of achieving their goals and passing on these ideals to others.

          Often, practical goal-setting is overlooked, leading to unfulfilled aspirations. This cultural phenomenon has persisted in our country for a long time.

          Achieving goals, especially in challenging circumstances, is faith. Individuals who possess this ability are highly esteemed. Developing such traits necessitates deep self-reflection, understanding of others, and character development.

          To foster positive cultural changes in our country through education, rooted in embracing the best traditions from diverse cultures.

          Each country has both valuable and negative aspects of culture. Love for one's country is to realize the disadvantages of modern culture and correct it through one's own example.

          Our primary objectives are to nurture resilient and visionary young individuals who can positively influence our national culture. This includes cultivating a strong sense of community and finding a profound national ethos centered around altruism and service to others.

          We want to be truly proud of our country. Our educational programs are designed to cultivate an understanding of the significance of community contribution and to foster the habit of actively contributing to society.

          Central to our approach is encouraging individuals not only to avoid blaming others for their challenges but also to take practical steps towards improving our nation. Our programs emphasize this proactive mindset.

          The introduction is the first lecture, which explains the idea of NWET while giving you the opportunity to reflect on life.

          These lectures are held every week, planned individually for 2–3 participants.

          1-ST LEVEL SEMINAR

          The first-level seminar is an intensive and shortest seminar that provides the foundation of the NWET philosophy. It includes 3 topics.

          Such seminars are held at our center every week, planned individually for 2–3 participants.

          SEMINAR "LRADER OF THE HEART"

          Seminar “Leader of the Heart” is an intensive seminar that allows you to understand the questions that everyone thinks about, but really can't discuss with anyone. For example: what to do after university, and what is the purpose of my life. Thereafter, you will be able to start implementing our education in real life.
