These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of digital services collectively referred to as "nwet.online Services."

General Provisions
- By accessing or using the nwet.online Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Services.
- The Administration reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

User Accounts and Acceptable Use
- Registration for third parties is closed. Accounts are created exclusively by the Administrator.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials. We enforce high password complexity requirements across all open-source systems. The use of Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) is strongly recommended.
- By using feedback forms, you consent to the processing of provided data (nickname, phone number, social media handles, message content) for communication purposes.
- Prohibited Activities: Users may not use automated tools (bots, scrapers) for data collection , attempt to bypass security measures or access source code , or use communication forms for spam/malicious content.

Technical Architecture and Security
- All data is physically hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS) servers.
- We implement industry-standard security practices, including:
- Traffic encryption.
- Secure password hashing.
- Regular system component updates.
- We perform regular database backups. Data restoration is performed at the Administrator's discretion in the event of critical errors.

Third-Party Integrations
- The Services integrate with Google Calendar API and Google People API. Users grant access voluntarily via OAuth.
- We are not liable for changes in Google’s policies, API failures, or data loss occurring within Google’s infrastructure.
- Use of Google user data strictly complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

Financial Relations and Donations
- Access to nwet.online Services is provided free of charge for authorized users.
- Contributions via PayPal, Patreon, or other platforms are voluntary donations to support the technical operation of the space.
- All donations are non-refundable, as they do not constitute payment for goods or services.

Privacy and Intellectual Property
- All rights to the nwet.online brand, graphics, and system configurations belong to the Administration. Source code of open-source systems is governed by their respective free licenses.
- Data submitted via feedback forms is stored for processing and archiving purposes.

Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure
- Services are provided on an "As Is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
- The Administration is not liable for disruptions caused by third-party providers, internet outages, or force majeure events.
- Under no circumstances shall the Administration be liable for any indirect damages or loss of data.
